Return & Exchange

Thank you for visiting and shopping at pickofpatio.com. The following is a summary of our return policy.

We strive to do every detail of our products to ensure the high quality, and hope our products can make you satisfied. But if you want to return or exchange the product, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (the date listed on the receipt). 

For returns and exchanges, please contact service@meooemglobal.com to confirm the return address. We DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Return Process

1.To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us

  • your order number 
  • the reason for the return/exchange
  • photos of the product
  • your preference for a replacement or a refund

2. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging, including any parts, accessories, manuals and documentation, and must be in resaleable condition to receive an allowable refund.

3. After receiving your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. If your request is approved or denied, we will also let you know why. If all goes well, we will ship your expected exchange or refund within 1-3 business days. Please note: you will receive your refund in the original form of payment within approximately 5-7 business days.

4. If you don't receive the refund within the specified time, please contact the bank or paypal in time to confirm. After you checked, if you still get any questions about the refund, please contact us at service@meooemglobal.com.

About Return Shipping Cost

If a refund or exchange is required due to product quality issues, we will bear the return cost . (Note: Corresponding picture verification is required)

Eg:
1. The product received is defective
2. Incorrect product received
3. The product received is incomplete

If return or exchange is for personal reasons, you need to bear the shipping cost. Please try to read the details of the product clearly before purchasing.

Eg:
1. Change your mind/don't want it anymore
2. Bought the wrong product
