Q1: What shipping carriers do you use?

A: We ship all items by UPS/FedEx International Express to customers.
Note: UPS/FedEx/ does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

Q2: What shipping carriers do you use?

A: It depends on where you are. Once you place an order, we will arrange to ship out the according products in 1-3 business days. It usually takes about 3-8 business days to arrive. A few orders may arrive late due to unexpected things happen. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q3: Can you deliver to a PO Box?

A: No. We don't deliver to a PO box.

Q4: Where are your products ship from?

A: We have warehouse in United States. Normally products will be shipped from California.

Q5: How Much Does Shipping Cost?

A: Shipping is free of charge to the United States.

Q5: Why do I only receive part of my order?

A: For furniture set such as sectional sofa, patio dining set, your order may come in multiple packages. The packages sometimes are shipped from different warehouses. The delivery time of the packages may be different. Contact us with your order id, we will check the order details for you.
